ABA Forum on Construction Law 2022 Fall Meeting

HKA is proud to sponsor the ABA Forum on Construction Law 2022 Fall Meeting being held in Memphis, Tennessee, on September 28–30. This year’s event is being held both in-person at the historic Peabody Hotel and virtually online. Principal Peter Vosbikian and Partners Tracy Doyle and Wayne DeFlaminis will be in Memphis on behalf of HKA and encourage colleagues and friends to stop by the HKA booth!

True to this year’s theme, “Building the Next Generation: Learning from the Past,” attendees will hear from forum leaders as they reflect on “what they wish they knew then and what they know now” about substantive law, procedure, and business development. Other presentation topics include the potential impacts of climate change on the construction industry, how emerging litigators can gain meaningful trial experience, and insight into design-build project delivery from industry experts.

With a focus on lessons learned, this program is sure to provide value to construction lawyers of all experience levels.
