HKA is excited to sponsor the 7th Annual Penn Law International Arbitration Conference, which is being held at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School’s Levy Conference Center on March 21. Several of our colleagues, including Tracy Doyle, Alexander Lee, and Franco Benza, will be on-site for this jam-packed day of learning. The program runs from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM ET, followed by a networking reception from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM ET.
Presented by Penn Law International Arbitration Association (IAA), this dynamic full-day conference includes four panel discussions and a Keynote Speech by Hon. Justice Uday Lalit, Former Chief Justice of India. This year’s theme, “Arbitration and Courts in the Face of Change: Addressing the Pressing Issues of Our Time,” promises some lively conversation.
HKA’s Franco Benza is speaking during “Panel Three: Resolving Disputes in Newly Emerging Industries: Renewable Energy,” which begins at 2:30 PM ET. His fellow panelists include James Hosking of Chaffetz Lindsey LLP, David Attanasio of Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP, and Diora Ziyaeva of Dentons. Ayodeji Kamau Perrin, George Sharswood Fellow at Penn Carey Law, is moderating the discussion.
