HKA are pleased to bring you this complimentary breakfast briefing on ensuring success in delivering projects, with a particular focus on trends and issues in Kuwait and the wider Gulf.

As programmes and projects continue to grow in size and complexity, both employers and contractors are exposed to greater delivery and financial risks. During this breakfast briefing, HKA’s Advisory and Consulting teams will share their insights into how to grapple with this complexity, from early stage assurance through to gaining clarity on the final account position.
