HKA is proud to sponsor and speak at the CIArb Singapore branch’s inaugural Thought Leadership event. It will comprise an in-person evening keynote address by the Honourable Minister Indranee Rajah SC, Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office, Second Minister for Finance and National Development.

A panel discussion will also be conducted. The panellists are leaders in different spheres in the renewables space, namely Mr Nitin Apte (CEO, Vena Energy), Mr Luca Tonello (Managing Director, SMBC), Ms Shamila Neelakandan (Partner, HKA) and Kevin Slater (Technical Director, HKA). They will seek to add their perspectives and further the exchange of ideas during the panel discussion, which will be moderated by Mr Paul Sandosham (Partner, Clifford Chance) who is himself no stranger to complex issues in emerging areas.

The Keynote address will focus on policy and regulatory responses to the threat of climate change, and the changes and opportunities that will likely come about as a result. The Minister’s experience as a leading private practitioner before joining the Government makes her insights of particular value to members.

The event will be held under Chatham House Rules.

A simultaneous web-cast will be made available upon registration.
