At PAW 2023, HKA presented a session on the coming wave of Construction Giga Projects in the Middle East and particularly the challenges of doing business and dealing with claims in KSA. This panel at PAW2025 will provide an update on how things have moved on and will talk to:

• the development of the construction disputes landscape in the Kingdom.
• the evolving nature of DABs in KSA and how we are witnessing Giga projects adapting DAB’s to manage disputes.
• the panel’s collective experience in navigating the nuances of delivering complex projects in the Kingdom and its understanding of the causation of disputes in Saudi and the wider ME region.
