This seminar will discuss the role of the expert from the point of view of the legal counsel and the expert. HKA Partner Rick Moffat will be on a panel discussing the role of the expert and how this may differ from the client, legal counsel and also the expert themselves. Maintaining independence will also be discussed. The seminar will open with a short presentation from each panel member and their point of view on the topic. After which the SCL moderator will pose some questions.
