SPEAKERS

TOM KAPAPA, OPERATIONS DIRECTOR QATAR, HKA AND A MEMBER OF THE ACADEMY OF EXPERTS

Tom is a surveyor with 20 years of construction industry experience. He acts as both a delay and quantum expert and has been appointed on five occasions.
