Graham is a Chartered Engineer and a Chartered Marine Engineer with 37 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He has been appointed as a technical expert on six occasions.

Graham’s expert experience includes leading a team of multi-disciplined experts addressing complex technical aspects in the delivery of one of the world’s largest LNG megaprojects valued at US$45bn. The expert team addressed subsea XTs, flow assurance, materials, subsea control system, geotechnics and foundation design, verification and certification, quality assurance and quality control and protection strategy. Graham has also led an expert team of experts on an onshore LNG facility.

Graham has a wealth of design, engineering, procurement installation and construction management experience in the offshore oil and gas industry. He specialises in subsea, umbilicals, risers and flowlines (SURF), high pressure / high temperature (HP/HT) and subsea pipeline systems. He has worked on and managed projects in Africa, Asia, Australasia, Middle East, and Europe. He is a co-founder of a global subsea and floating systems engineering and project management consultancy, which serviced clients throughout the world.

Graham combines exceptional technical expertise with excellent project management and procurement experience. He has been involved in field development, concept selection, front-end engineering and design (FEED) and detailed design of offshore / subsea developments. He has also managed projects through tender, tender evaluation / award, procurement, fabrication, installation and commissioning of facilities.

Graham holds a BSc (Hons) Civil Engineering and is a fellow of the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science and Technology (FIMarEst) and committee member for the L&SE Branch of the Society of Underwater Technology.
