​Kandace Zimmerman​

Kandace Zimmerman is a planning and scheduling professional with over 20 years of experience. She has been appointed as a technical expert on 26 occasions.

​​Kandace has testified in litigation and arbitrations, including delivering concurrent evidence. She has been the lead expert on numerous mediations and has produced expert reports for disputes with values of up to $35 million.​

Kandace has a background in general contracting and insurance matters. Her project experience includes residential, education, commercial, high-rise, leisure, infrastructure, water and wastewater treatment facilities, industrial, and heavy civil work.

Kandace specializes in the analysis of complex delay and disruption matters. Her expertise ranges from construction management, labor productivity, and calculation of damages to scheduling and delay analysis and cost impact and disruption analysis.

Kandace holds a degree in mathematics. She is a member of the American Bar Association (on construction law) and the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International.
