Kevin is a quantity surveyor with more than 30 years of construction industry experience. He has been acting as quantum and technical expert for more than a decade and has been appointed as an expert on over 50 occasions.

Kevin has a background in surveying and commercial management. He has worked in both contracting and consulting across a wide range of sectors including building, civil engineering, oil and gas, building services installations, power generation and transportation.

Kevin is skilled in the preparation and defence of claims across abroad spectrum of industries and under varying forms of contract. He is widely experienced in the commercial settlement of disputes through litigation, arbitration, adjudication and mediation. He has also acted as an advisory expert across construction and engineering projects up to £1.5 billion in value. [please provide value]

Kevin has been appointed as an expert witness in many jurisdictions and is well versed in the applicable procedural rules. He has been cross-examined in arbitration on numerous occasions including giving concurrent evidence (hot-tubbing).

Kevin is highly qualified both technically and in legal matters. He holds a BSc in building and an MSc in project management as well as a LLM in dispute prevention and resolution, an MA in arbitration and dispute resolution in construction and a post-graduate diploma in law and arbitration. Kevin is also a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a member of the Adjudication Society and the Society of Construction Law.
