Milton has analyzed federal contractor indirect rate cost structures, prepared incurred cost proposals, conducted cost impact analyses, and performed business system reviews and implementations. He has also worked with the Defense Contract Audit Agency and State Departments of Transportation to address audit and compliance issues.
Milton has experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the cost analysis, auditing, and reporting procedures outlined in the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) Uniform Audit and Accounting Guide.
