Paul Hunter is a quantity surveyor with over 30 years of experience both in the UK and internationally. He has worked on a wide range of projects spanning buildings, industrial, infrastructure, oil and gas, and power and utilities sectors throughout Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

Paul provides technical and commercial advice to employers, contractors and subcontractors. His more specific skills include the preparation of documentation and client representation in adjudication, litigation, and arbitration. He has acted as expert lead for clients, preparing expert reports for quantum and in support of delay.

In addition, Paul has extensive experience preparing, evaluating and defending loss and expense claims. His experience of standard forms of contract such as NEC, ICE, JCT, MF1 and FIDIC allow him to undertake consulting and expert assignments for many different clients. Paul is also able to advise clients on the interpretation of technical, contractual and commercial matters.

Paul is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and an associate member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
