Robert Eadie is a Chartered Engineer with more than 15 years of experience. He has been appointed as technical expert and assisted the named expert on more than 30 occasions.
Robert has been engaged in expert work in international arbitration, litigation, adjudication, and mediation for disputed projects values over of £200 million; and supported the named expert on project values in excess of £3 billion. He has advised counsel on matters relevant to the construction project lifecycle across Europe, the Middle East and Australia.
Robert has worked globally as a principal contractor on major projects in the aviation, IT, and energy sectors. He has successfully implemented buildings services designs and managed a variety of specialist sub-contract packages and a large building services workforce.
Robert is a specialist in commissioning activities and in soft landing procedures regarding building performance. He is experienced in the installation, design, and commissioning of adiabatic cooling, BMS, CHP, fans, gasifiers, heating and cooling circuits, pumps, steam, condensate loops, VAV, VRF and VRV systems. He has supported clients regarding contract tender, management, design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance matters.
Robert is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers and the Commissioning Specialist Association. He is also an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Academy of Experts. He has completed an advanced professional award in expert witness evidence with Legal Experience Training and is dual qualified in building services engineering and construction law.
