Rudi has been responsible for delivering complex economic analysis which has a real impact on significant proceedings, including state-to-state arbitration. He has been engaged in disputed matters with values of up to £500 million.
Rudi has held various roles with the UK’s competition and consumer regulators. He led on the economic analysis in high-profile matters, such as the Financial Conduct Authority’s first intervention under the UK Competition Act 1998 in the UK’s asset management sector.
Rudi specialises in the application of economics to commercial disputes and class-action claims, with particular focus on competition matters and the financial services sector.
