Steve Taylor is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience. He has been appointed as a valuation expert on multiple occasions.

Steve has testified in UK courts for both commercial and family matters, at the London Court of International Arbitration, and has participated in US depositions and UK mediations.  He has provided written expert evidence in the UK, Cayman, Bermuda, Jersey, Austria, and Israel.

Steve has advised governments, corporates, private equity firms, and legal teams in real world valuations for mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and fundraising. He has experience across multiple industries with a strong background in financial services.

Steve is a valuation specialist for businesses, shares, debt instruments, and intellectual property. He has valued numerous global entities with particular expertise in the Middle East and Africa.  Steve has assisted clients in s238 matters and equivalent in Cayman and Bermuda.

Steve holds a degree in physics, is a member of the Expert Witness Institute, and has completed expert witness training with Bond Solon.
