Thomas Morley is a construction management professional with over ten years of experience. He has been appointed as an expert and assisted the named expert on several occasions.
As a lead assistant, Thomas has drafted reports and supported the expert in cross-examination hearings on disputed projects with values of up to €1 billion. He has assisted the expert on international and domestic disputes in adjudication, arbitration, and litigation and has acted as a delay expert in adjudication proceedings.
Thomas undertook planning and delay analysis as part of a project controls team for a main contractor and has experience in coordinating with commercial teams from the tender stage to project completion. He is a practising associate of the Academy of Experts and a member of the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International.
