Tyler Smith Khoury is a Certified Fraud Examiner with over 15 years of experience. She has supported the named damages expert on multiple occasions.

Tyler has assisted in arbitration and litigation proceedings under ICSID, ICC, UNCITRAL, PCA, and AAA rules with allegations involving expropriation, fair and equitable treatment, and breach of contract. She has drafted expert report opinions, potential cross-examination topics, and provided hearing support on disputes with values of up to ​​$3.3 billion.​

Tyler’s experience spans a range of industries, including industrial manufacturing, construction, mining, retail, and banking and financial institutions.  She has supported clients with assets in North America, South America, Europe, Asia, and Africa.

​​Tyler specializes in quantum damages analyses involving breach of contract disputes, valuations, investigations, and bankruptcies, both domestically and internationally. Her expertise includes document and financial analysis, asset tracing, and building damage models for disputes. Tyler has analyzed lost profits, loss of business value, and other financial and economic impacts, along with fraud allegations, including Ponzi schemes.

Tyler holds a degree in finance and is a member of the International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA) cross-institutional task force on gender diversity in arbitral appointments and proceedings.
