HKA, one of the world’s leading providers of consulting, expert and advisory services, appoints Tim Haynes as Partner to head up its UK Operations and Expert Services in Europe.

Tim has over 30 years of project management, commercial and contractual advisory experience in the engineering and construction industries. His experience spans a wide range of market sectors including commercial buildings, residential, oil and gas, road, rail and infrastructure projects.

He is an expert in quantum and construction management disputes and has extensive experience in commercial and contractual audits on major projects. Tim is highly proficient in the analysis and resolution of commercial and contractual problems on large-scale projects in the UK, Europe and the Middle East.

He joins HKA from Bechtel where he was Head of Claims and prior to this, Tim was responsible for FTI’s Construction Solutions business in EMEA.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Construction Management from University College London and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree from Westminster University. He is Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB).
