He has conducted public company internal and external audits for local government and not-for-profit organizations and advised federal agencies on projects focusing on financial and inventory management, fraud prevention, and business intelligence reporting.

He has performed business system reviews and implementations under Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) requirements and cost impact analyses for federal contractors for various cost accounting changes and non-compliant Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) practices.

Milton is a Certified Fraud Examiner and holds a bachelor’s degree with concentrations in accounting and business economics and has completed a graduate certificate program in forensic accounting. He is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
