Tim has lived and worked in the UK, the Middle East, and Asia, with significant experience working with contractors across China, Korea, and Japan. His project experience includes major infrastructure projects, power plants, offshore oil rigs and drilling units, LNG pipelines, high-rise, and mixed-use facilities.
Tim holds a master’s in construction management and construction law. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, a member of the Institute of Civil Engineering Surveyors, an associate member of The Academy of Experts, and a council member of the Society of Construction Law (Hong Kong).
