Vicki Tait is a Senior Business Development Executive at HKA, based in Dubai, where she supports the firm’s strategic growth across the Middle East. She works closely with clients, legal advisers, experts, and industry stakeholders to identify opportunities and strengthen HKA’s presence across complex claims, disputes, investigations, and advisory services.

With more than a decade of international experience across the Middle East, Europe, and North America, Vicki plays a key role in pipeline development, leading high-value pursuits and client engagement while collaborating with HKA’s experts and leadership teams to align the firm’s capabilities with evolving client needs.

Vicki’s experience spans construction, infrastructure, energy, aviation, maritime, financial services, and industrial markets. She has a master’s in French and Spanish from the University of Glasgow and has completed an advanced professional award in expert witness evidence (LETAPAEWE). Having held roles across operations, service delivery, and business development, she brings a unique combination of commercial expertise and industry insight, with a practical understanding of client, expert, and stakeholder needs.
