Vivian has produced expert reports for submission to the courts of Australia, Hong Kong, the Cayman Islands and the British Virgin Islands, as well as in international arbitrations under HKIAC, ICC, UNCITRAL, SIAC, and CIETAC rules. She has led complex financial modelling, financial and data analysis, research, and document review on disputes with values of up to $2 billion.
Vivian specialises in quantifying damages and economic loss, asset and business valuations, and forensic accounting. She has assisted clients with disputes involving breaches of contract, shareholders, post-acquisition, lost profits, financial misconduct, and investor-state matters.

Vivian’s disputes advisory experience is primarily in the Asia Pacific region across a range of sectors, including construction, real estate, telecom, pharmaceuticals, oil and gas, retail, and education. Prior to dispute advisory, she has a background in audit, risk, and compliance.
