Delays in construction projects are almost inevitable, but proving them is another matter entirely.
On 8 September, our colleague Karen Best will join an expert panel at the DIS Construction Group session, ‘Methods of Delay Analysis and Legal Requirements for Substantiation’.
Alongside Vivek Kapoor (39 Essex Chambers) and Nils Hanfstingl (FTI), Karen will explore:
