Ashley Gonzalez

Ashley Gonzalez is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) with over 15 years of experience. She has been appointed as a damages expert and assisted the named expert on more than 100 occasions.

Ashley has testified at deposition and has provided analysis of financial, economic, and damage issues in litigation and other business dispute matters. She is involved in all stages of the litigation process, from assisting with discovery and managing the team to drafting expert reports and preparing the named damages expert for deposition and trial.

Ashley has served clients ranging from small, privately owned businesses to Fortune 500 corporations. She has consulted with companies across a wide variety of industries, including telecommunications, medical and pharmaceutical, consumer products, sporting equipment, internet and software, oil and gas, financial services, entertainment, and technology.

Ashley has experience for both plaintiffs and defendants on matters involving patent infringement, trade secret misappropriation, trademark infringement, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and valuations, among others. She has performed damage calculations, including lost profits, reasonable royalties, and price erosion.

Ashley holds a degree in finance and is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts.
