Graham is a qualified quantity surveyor with more than 10 years of construction industry experience. He is regularly appointed as the expert or lead assistant to the expert in disputes determined in adjudication, arbitration and litigation.

Graham possesses a wealth of experience working on a diverse range of projects in the oil and gas, civil infrastructure, petrochemical, mining, residential and power industries. These projects have ranged from capital maintenance schemes to multi-billion-dollar pit to port debt funded mining projects.

Graham has extensive contract management experience and has led commercial teams in multi-facetted activities including contract administration, measuring and valuing, claims defence and preparation, procurement and other related quantity surveying functions. His areas of expertise include the quantification of defective works, the valuation of delay costs, claims preparation and defence, disruption analysis, and damages.

Graham is a member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He holds a BSc in Quantity Surveying and a Master’s in Construction Law.
