Graham Warren is a quantity surveyor with over 20 years of experience. He has been appointed as a quantum expert on multiple occasions.
Graham has led complex arbitration cases and has been instrumental in resolving dispute cases before they reach the hearing stage. He has prepared numerous expert reports on disputed projects with values of up to $2 billion.
Graham has experience as a commercial and contracts manager, having worked on major airport construction projects which include Heathrow T2A (Queen’s Terminal), Gatwick, and NDIA (Hamad International Airport) in Doha. Prior to joining HKA, he was a director for Kroll working in London and the Middle East. He has been involved in major infrastructure projects in both the UK and Middle East.
Graham has over ten years of commercial dispute expertise in quantum matters including prolongation and disruption, variations and terminations, suspensions, valuation of overheads, loss of profit and opportunity, and defects and back charges. He specializes in alternative dispute resolution and reaching amicable settlements for clients.
Graham holds a degree in economics and a master’s in quantity surveying. He is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
