Kim is a forensic accounting and quantum expert with over 28 years of experience in economic damages analysis.

Kim has provided trial testimony, expert reports or deposition testimony in federal and state courts and domestic and international arbitrations.  She has served as a damages expert for construction contractors, construction owners, electric utilities and manufacturing companies on damages matters in excess of US$450 million.

Kim has experience on projects throughout Asia, Europe and North America. She has worked for clients from a variety of sectors, including buildings, defense, industrial, infrastructure, oil and gas, power and utilities, and technology.  She has specialized experience in electric utilities, construction, government contracts and commercial damages.

Kim has over 28 years of experience in damages analysis, primarily focused in the electric utility, construction and government contracts industries. She has analyzed accounting and economic issues in various types of disputes, including analysis of increased costs, critical path schedule analysis, productivity analysis, and lost profits.

Kim holds a BA Finance and an MBA. She is a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). She is a member of the American Bar Association (ABA), a member of the Association of the Advancement of Cost Engineers (AACE), a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), a member of the Construction Financial Management Association, a member of the U.S. Women in Nuclear and a member of the Women Construction Owners & Executives. Kim has presented on numerous occasions on the topics of accounting, nuclear power and construction damages, delay, fraud and contractual issues for the American Bar Association, Construction SuperConference, Construction Financial Management Association, National Association of Women in Construction, Construction Owners Association of America, Northwestern University School of Engineering and other organizations.
