Tim is a civil engineer with over 15 years of construction industry experience. He provides independent advice to clients on complex delay and disruption matters and has acted both expert assistant and as a delay expert.

Tim employs his strong technical capabilities to understand and assess the extent of delay and disruption on engineering and construction projects. He has acted as an independent expert in adjudication disputes in Australia, and has extensive experience in the preparation of expert witness reports for arbitration and litigation.

Tim has recently provided expert services on a range of building and infrastructure disputes across Africa, Australia and the Middle East. These have included geothermal and coal fired power plants, oil pipeline and treatment facilities, LNG loading facilities, mining infrastructure, rail projects and specialist building facilities.

Tim has a strong technical and engineering background delivering large building, civil and infrastructure projects. He has extensive contract and commercial experience working within government departments, tier one contractors, developers and alongside large energy, mining and oil and gas companies.

Tim holds degrees in civil engineering, business and construction law. He is a practising associate member of the Academy of Experts, an associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a member of the Society of Construction Law in Australia.
