  • Regulatory Freeze Pending Review (January 20, 2025) – Halts the proposal or issuance of any new rules until reviewed and approved by a department or agency appointed by President Trump. It also mandates the withdrawal of rules sent to the Office of the Federal Register but not yet published and a 60-day postponement of the effective dates for rules that have been published but have not yet taken effect.
  • The Iron Dome for America (January 27, 2025) – Directs the implementation of a next-generation missile defense shield to protect the country from ballistic, hypersonic, and advanced cruise missiles.
