For the third consecutive year, HKA is among the top three in the 2026 GAR 100 Expert Witness Power Index, which was announced at the GAR Awards ceremony during Paris Arbitration Week.

HKA ranked third in this year’s Power Index, reflecting the firm’s strength in the international arbitration market achieved through organic growth and strategic acquisitions. The firm achieved a total claim value of over US$37 billion for this year’s rank, with an average claim of over US$268 million.

The Power Index highlighted HKA’s performance across hearings, ranking the firm first for commercial hearings with 178 appearances, second overall for disaggregated hearings with 200 appearances, and second for cross‑examination hearings with 172 appearances. By sector, HKA again led the construction category with 93 hearings and ranked first for Lexology Index listings.
