HKA Announces Strategic Partner Relocations Across EMEA to Strengthen Regional Capability

HKA is pleased to announce organisational updates within its EMEA Construction Claims and Expert Services (CCE) Partner team, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to strengthening its presence across key markets while maintaining a fully integrated international platform.
These updates form part of HKA’s broader strategy to align leadership with priority geographies and client demand across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Nicola Caley, Partner, will be relocating to London, where she is well known to colleagues and clients from her previous time in the UK, and will continue to play a leading role on major claims assignments across EMEA. Her return further strengthens HKA’s regional presence and ensures continuity across key commissions.
Tom Kapapa, Partner, will relocate from Doha to Abu Dhabi, where he will play a key role in expanding HKA’s expert offering in the UAE. While continuing to support existing projects and client relationships in Qatar, Tom’s presence in Abu Dhabi enhances the firm’s ability to respond to growing demand in one of the region’s most important construction markets, working closely with colleagues across the Middle East.
