HKA Experts advise in Landmark Antitrust Racing Settlement

In the recent trial settlement in Charlotte, North Carolina, between NASCAR and two plaintiff racing teams, including one co-owned by Michael Jordan, HKA provided expert rebuttal analysis on economic damages in this landmark antitrust case in the sports industry.
Dubbed the “NASCAR Trial of the Century” by The Athletic and The New York Times, the dispute centered on allegations of anti-competitive practices within the racing circuit.
