HKA experts Patrick Hebreard and Jan Sand have contributed to the latest edition of The Guide to Damages in International Arbitration (Seventh Edition), published by Global Arbitration Review (GAR).
Their chapter, “ESG’s rising influence and challenges in business valuation and arbitration,” examines the growing impact of environmental, social and governance (ESG) considerations on damages assessment, including how these factors are shaping valuation approaches, evidentiary challenges, and dispute outcomes in international arbitration.
