HKA welcomes Rohini Singh as Director in the Advisory practice in South Africa

HKA is pleased to welcome Rohini Singh as a Director in its Advisory practice, based in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Rohini has over 20 years of experience in strategy, organisational transformation, and people-focused solutions, further strengthening HKA’s capabilities in South Africa and across the region. Her career spans multinational corporations, professional services firms, and state-owned enterprises.
Rohini’s most recently served as Managing Partner at Regenesys Corporate Education, where she led strategic initiatives in executive education and corporate learning. Prior to this, she was an Associate Director at EY, spearheading Organisational Effectiveness, Change Management and Strategy within the People Consulting practice. Her earlier career includes senior roles at Transnet Group as an Executive Manager, Standard Bank and ABSA Bank as a Business Process Engineer, and Industrial Oleochemical Products as a Process Engineer.

Rohini holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, an MBA with merit from the University of Reading’s Henley Business School, where her dissertation focused on sales teams in the B2B environment, and she is also Green Belt Lean Six Sigma certified.
She is recognised as a versatile leader with a proven track record in developing strategies, redesigning organisations, managing change, and overseeing large-scale transformation programs. Her leadership style emphasises accountability, inclusivity, and collaboration, consistently driving high performance and engagement across diverse teams.
