HKA’s Anna Kelly reappointed to ArbitralWomen Board for 2026-2028 term

HKA is pleased to announce that Anna Kelly, Director in the Forensic Accounting and Economic Damages practice, has been reappointed to the ArbitralWomen Board of Directors for the 2026-2028 term, marking her return to the organisation’s leadership.
ArbitralWomen, a global organisation dedicated to advancing women and diversity in dispute resolution, recently announced its Board of Directors for the 2026-2028 term, bringing together professionals from varied jurisdictions, backgrounds, and disciplines.
Anna is a Chartered Accountant and commercial damages and valuation specialist with more than a decade of experience in expert witness and forensic accounting services. She has acted as an expert in proceedings before the Supreme Court of New South Wales and has experience under the HKIAC, ICSID, LCIA, SIAC, SCC, and UNCITRAL rules.
Anna’s appointment reflects both her professional standing as a damages expert and HKA’s ongoing commitment to supporting greater representation and inclusion across the arbitration and disputes profession. HKA actively supports initiatives to increase the visibility of female practitioners, create professional development opportunities, and encourage more diverse teams within the dispute sector.
