We are pleased to announce that Partner Maged Abelsayed has been appointed as the Co-Chair of the Expert Witness and Technical Evidence Subcommittee within the International Bar Association’s (IBA) International Construction Projects committee (ICP).

This appointment plays a pivotal role in strengthening collaboration across the construction industry between experts and legal practitioners. As a Committee Officer, Maged’s role upholds the IBA’s mission to foster open dialogue across the international legal community.

As a professional engineer with more than 35 years of experience, Maged has served as an expert witness before international courts and arbitration panels in disputes related to project delays, labor productivity losses, and damages assessment. Maged is also a frequent speaker on construction dispute topics.
