HKA is pleased to announce that Tripp Chandler has joined its Construction, Claims, and Expert Services team in Atlanta.

As a recognized capital program and project advisory expert, Tripp’s appointment enhances HKA’s ability to support owners through strategy, planning, delivery, assurance, and value protection across the full lifecycle of capital investments.

Tripp brings over 10 years of experience advising public‑ and private‑sector clients on large, complex capital programs across the energy, transportation, hospitality, healthcare, government, education, residential, and manufacturing sectors. He is widely recognized for helping organizations strengthen governance, control risk, improve delivery confidence, and recover value across major capital investments.

Tripp specializes in project advisory services, supported by extensive expertise in capital program advisory, construction audits, cost recovery, project management information system (PMIS) strategy and implementation, process and control diagnostics, and independent QA/QC oversight.

He has led advisory engagements for some of the largest and most complex owner-managed capital programs in North America, helping clients navigate project risk, contractor performance, and operational blind spots that can emerge during delivery.

Tripp brings deep experience building advisory practices and delivering owner-focused capital solutions, including executive advisory services, PMIS selection and implementation, and cost recovery initiatives, which have generated millions of dollars in recovered value.

He is recognized for bridging strategy, technology, and execution, having developed and led a capital technology partnership ecosystem that helps owners and contractors improve transparency, reporting, and controls across the capital lifecycle.

Tripp holds a Bachelor of Science in Housing and Consumer Economics from the University of Georgia and is a Certified Construction Auditor.
