Armando has testified in litigation at federal and state court proceedings regarding patents and other complex business disputes. In matters where he served as a testifying expert, he analysed complex financial records, quantified damages, and prepared expert reports in disputes involving damages claims with values up to the hundreds of millions of dollars.

Armando’s expertise includes lost profits, reasonable royalties, unjust enrichment, cost of development, royalty payment reviews, business valuation, and technology valuation. He is frequently engaged in matters involving patents, trademarks, trade secrets, breach of contract, and the licensing and sale of intellectual property assets.
