This includes general contractor/construction manager (GC/CM) contracts with a guaranteed maximum price (GMP), GC/CM design-build contracts with a GMP, cost-reimbursable contracts, and firm fixed price (FFP) contracts, as well audits of requested changes.

Brett is a Certified Management Accountant and Certified Construction Auditor and holds a bachelor’s in business administration with a concentration in finance. He is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants and the National Association of Construction Auditors.
