Brian Reimer is a Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of experience in government contract compliance, strategy, and advisory. He has advised government contractors on more than 50 engagements involving the negotiation and resolution of complex contractual disputes.

Brian has provided expert analysis on matters involving delay and disruption, pricing and cost recovery, compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), various other federal agency FAR supplements, Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and Truthful Cost or Pricing Data (formerly TINA). He is also experienced in supporting litigation and formal dispute proceedings, including preparing analyses and materials for expert reports on disputes with values of up to $14 billion.

Brian’s expertise includes evaluating cost allowability and allocability, supporting audit readiness and regulatory compliance, and advising on negotiation strategy. His work focuses on preparing entitlement analyses and quantum assessments for change orders, requests for equitable adjustment (REAs), claims, terminations, and commercial disputes, as well as providing strategic advice and accounting and compliance expertise for pre- and non-litigation matters.
