Ellen Wong is a project manager with over ten years of experience. She has been appointed as a delay expert and assisted the named expert.
Ellen has supported ongoing arbitrations for complex and large-scale infrastructure, civil and structural, and building projects. She has carried out delay analysis and prepared expert reports for projects with values of up to $50 million.
Ellen specialises in forensic delay and critical path analysis. She has been engaged on dispute analysis for industrial buildings, sewage and water treatment plants, and transport infrastructure projects. Her work involves establishing the critical paths, identifying delay events and its impacts, and measuring extent of delay against approved programmes.
Background
Ellen has extensive experience in managing construction projects. As a deputy project director, she oversaw the construction of steel tensile structures, electrical substations, wastewater treatment plants, road and services infrastructure, and geotechnical works. She is experienced in contract administration (PSSCOC and SIA) and contractual management.
Ellen holds a master’s in construction law and dispute resolution. She is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a member of the Society of Construction Law (Singapore).
