Erin has testified in arbitration and depositions before US courts and arbitral forums in matters regarding scheduling and damages. She has prepared expert reports on complex delay disputes with values of up to $60 million.
Erin has expertise in forensic schedule delay analysis, loss of productivity analysis, labor inefficiency evaluation, and the quantification of delay, acceleration, disruption, and termination-related costs. She has assisted clients with matters involving project management standard of care.
Background
Erin’s project experience includes buildings, transportation infrastructure, power and utilities, oil and gas, manufacturing, and defense contracts. She has consulted on residential and commercial buildings, bridges and roadways, power generation facilities, refineries, process and manufacturing plants, water and wastewater treatment facilities, educational institutions, sports complexes, and high rise buildings.
Erin is a Certified Cost Professional and is a fellow of the Project Management College of Scheduling. She is a member of the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International and the director of its Pittsburgh section, a member and distance learning co-chair of the American Bar Association Forum on Construction Law, and a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and its schedule delay analysis standard committee. Erin has also authored a chapter in the ‘Time, legal implications of project delay in construction’, published by the American Bar Association Forum on Construction Law.
