Francesco has assisted in arbitrations at ICC, LCIA, and SIAC, along with contractual adjudications, litigations, and negotiations. He has drafted expert reports and provided delay and quantum analysis on disputes with values of up to $850 million.
Francesco specialises in disputes regarding projects in the energy, power, oil and gas, offshore, and industrial sectors, covering civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and piping disciplines. He has expertise in delay and disruption analysis, alternative dispute resolution, planning, budgeting, and contract management.

Francesco has experience as a project manager, advisor, engineering specialist, planner, and change manager. He has knowledge of major contract forms, including FIDIC, NEC, JCT, and bespoke EPC agreements.
Francesco is dual-qualified in industrial engineering and management, and in construction law and dispute resolution. He holds an advanced professional award in expert witness evidence, is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and panel member of its Business Arbitration Scheme, and a member of the Society of Construction Law.
