Jean Salloum is a forensic investigations and compliance specialist with over 15 years of experience advising on matters relating to fraud, misconduct, and the design of whistleblowing programs.
Jean has led cross-border investigations for large corporates, sovereign and multilateral institutions, and donor-funded organisations. He brings a rigorous evidence-led approach, translating technical findings into enforceable governance and legal actions.
Jean has expertise in financial reviews, multi-jurisdictional asset tracing and recovery. He has also led engagements focused on strengthening corporate compliance frameworks, including whistleblowing systems, fraud risk management, and internal controls.
