Jeff specialises in schedule delay analysis, drawing on his background in estimating and project management which affords him an excellent basis for the evaluation of contractor’s schedules. He also has extensive experience in loss-of-productivity and cost analysis and is well acquainted with various scheduling programs, including Microsoft Project and Primavera P6. Other areas of speciality include risk assessments for combined-cycle power plants, process plants, mining projects, sports facilities, public assembly and building projects. Jeff holds an undergraduate degree in civil engineering and a master’s degree in construction management. He is a member of the Ontario Society of Professional Engineers, the American Association of Cost Engineers and the American Society of Civil Engineers.
