Jeffrey has testified in court, arbitration, and deposition. He has led teams in developing and executing investigations, report writing and legal preparation regarding best practise and measuring performance against established benchmarks.

Jeffrey’s forensic engineering expertise includes HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection. He has evaluated sites of failure or accidents to identify origins and cause and provided expert reports for dispute resolution. He is a building information modelling (BIM) expert and is also adept at preparing and presenting technical materials for non-technical audiences.

Background

Jeffrey has led the design and construction of multi-million-dollar projects to deliver them on time and within budget. His responsibilities included preparing mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) bids, overseeing MEP project development, performing quality assurance and quality control reviews of MEP documents, managing the performance of contractors, and training and supervising MEP personnel.
