Jess has assisted in the quantum assessment of disputes for international arbitration, adjudication, mediation, and litigation proceedings. She has produced expert witness reports, attended evidentiary hearing with the named expert, and conducted cross-examination preparation.

Jess has expertise in the appraisal, forensic investigation, and analysis of project data and market price index for the quantum of costs. She specialises in disputes in the oil and gas, petrochemical, shipbuilding, power and process plants, infrastructure, building, mixed-development sectors and cladding remediation works.

Jess holds an advanced professional award in expert witness evidence and is multilingual in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. She is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and the Society of Construction Law.
