His work also addresses the roles, responsibilities, and standard of care of engineers across the full lifecycle of demolition and construction projects.
Kasra specializes in the design, assessment, and rehabilitation of buildings and infrastructure, including investigations of structural deficiencies and failures, fatigue and fracture behavior of welded and complex structural systems, and vibration analysis.
