LoLo has assisted in arbitration proceedings on complex construction and energy infrastructure disputes across North America. She has provided construction delay, disruption and quantum assessments, and technical causation analysis on disputes with values of up to $450 million.
LoLo specializes in delay and disruption analyses on large-scale power generation, renewable energy, and nuclear refurbishment disputes. Her expertise includes productivity loss and sequencing inefficiencies, baseline schedule validation and impact assessments, change management and contract interpretation, pre-contract execution risk management across various contracting strategies, and risk modelling.
Background
LoLo has experience that includes power generation (gas-fired, nuclear refurbishment programs, and renewables), multi-contractor integrated project environments, and complex regulated utility frameworks. She has led multi-hundred-megawatt projects from development through to execution, including design, procurement, logistics, regulatory constraints, and independent system operator (ISO) interconnection requirements.
LoLo holds a master’s in applied instrumentation and control and is a Project Management Professional. She is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists Alberta, the Professional Engineers Ontario, and the Project Management Institute.
