He has also provided expert deposition testimony on Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and government contracting issues.

Mike is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and has a Master of Science in taxation and bachelor’s degree in accounting. He is a member of the National Defense Industrial Association, the American Bar Association, the Professional Services Council, and the National Contract Management Association.
